PRICING
I keep pricing clear and straightforward where possible. All general IT support is billed hourly, while parts, hardware, software licences and third-party services are typically quoted separately.
For larger jobs or projects, I can provide an estimate or fixed quote before work begins so you know what to expect.
Hardware, software, licences, subscriptions and third-party services may be charged separately and may need to be paid upfront before ordering.
Call-out fees are calculated at $0.98 per km, based from Carlisle, WA.
Card payments incur a 2.38% gateway surcharge.
Priority or emergency support is charged at $70/hr for same-day or immediate assistance, subject to availability.
After-hours support, after 9:30pm AWST, may attract a 10% surcharge.
Some jobs may require a deposit, especially where hardware, software, materials or larger blocks of time are required.
Short quotes and consultations under 30 minutes are free.
Consultations over 30 minutes are charged at a $35 flat fee, where no technical work is performed.
A conditional No Fix = No Fee policy may apply to some jobs. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions for details.
