- All Card Transactions Have a Surcharge of 2.38%
- Hardware & software purchases – charged up-front and priced separately
- Priority / Emergency Support – $70/hr Same-day and immediate assistance
- After-hours support – (after 7pm AWST) +10% outside business hours
- Job Deposit - Some Jobs May Require a Deposit
- No Fix = No Fee (This is Conditional, Please see T&Cs for more info)
- Call Out Fees: charged at $0.98/km (Calculated from Carlisle, WA)
- Free quotess (for under 30 minutes of quotation/consultation)
- $35 flat fee for consultation over 30 minutes (No Technical Work)
